For some inexplicable reason, for device permissions the policy will not load. For Computrace, a message says either the file is not up to date and to uninstall or update to the latest versions.

I downloaded the full HP Client Security Manager. Can I just install/repair over what I have or should I uninstall all existing HP Client Security applications and start fresh?

It's always recommended to start fresh when something begins giving errors and issues, especially for this type of applications. I recommend backing up the data, if you have one, and then repair it. Reboot the PC and try using the software again. If it gives you the same errors or acts strange, completely remove it and then re-install it.

You can install the latest version of the software using the following discussion forum hosted on the HP website: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-Systems-and-Software/HP-client-security-manager-8-1-or-later/td-p/2647921

That is the only version you can install, but there is no mention of Windows 10. I have checked everywhere, and it appears the software hasn't been released for Windows 10, yet.
